Best Motel By OYO Chicago I-90

This was the most filthy motel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a bad state of decay and in a dangerous part of town. We only went there because it was all we could get when our flight was delayed overnight in Chicago. On top of that, the clerk did not want to accept our online reservation until after we begged. He then gave us a smoking room Several other people came in with on line reservations and he told them that the motel was sold out. A horrible experience.

Employee did the best she could. So did cleaning staff.
